Honey, this looks fabulous. Can't quite believe it took me so long to stumble across this presentation.

Frankly I'd need a bit of broiled chicken to make this satisfying as a lunch entree but I suspect the vegans in the house could make do with a big piece of crusty hot bread.

In any event, looks wonderful.
