Marluxia is pretty much the second most powerful Organization member, topped only by Xemnas himself. This is evidenced by the fact that he was able to transform into multiple forms. It is unknown how he did it, if he fused himself to that entity or it was part of him all along, or even what that being is, a Nobody of some sort or a contraption, but you still have to give him props for being able to do something like that.
