Seriously,I thought the lame-ass Ghost Train rides I had been on were bad,but at least they had a drop.

Although,I've been on a few that weren't in total darkness & that TOTALLY ruins the experience like nothing else.So this is a close-call for worst Ghost Train idea...

Some of those attractions disappeared long ago. Castle Dracula burned Jan 16, 2002, Whacky Shack was removed from the former Hunt's Pier early 1996, Golden Nugget building was demoed Feb 2009, and Lost World on the former Fun Pier burned Nov 24, 1984. Lost World was located where the Junkyard is. It was a cave/Aztec/jungle themed dark ride. There are sites with info on the old Fun Pier, Hunt's Pier, etc and all the former attractions.

This ride is going bye bye. Morey's is removing this ride after this season. Props will be used in Morey's Fears, and the rest of the ride, probably to the real junkyard. I rode it this summer in early July, and June 1996 and June 1998 when it was Casa Macabra. It is not the first time that a dark ride was removed or lost in Wildwood, that has happened before. Remember Castle Dracula? Whacky Shack? Golden Nugget? Lost World (where this ride was it burned Nov 24 1984)? All gone.
