What does the girls stay in a group and boys have their own group. and why did they fly in circles for so long? curious! lol

its like a test to see if they come and fly with their mate or see which batch gets home first..they circle first because they are trying to be familar with the area and trying to see if they recognize the area to fly home..its really interesting.
