you dont need wall foam and you dont need bottom pad and you dont need pool cove. This guy is just trying to sell of the biggest profit margin merchandise they offer.
put close pins on the top to hold the liner until the pool is filled to a few inches below the inlet opening. Then put the skimmer/inlet in and the n fill it the rest of the way and put the rail on.
Liner installation is not this simple for larger pools. Make sure you know what you are doing or hire a pro to avoid the many pitfalls you can run into.
