how do you equip 2 weapons at the same time

I believe at level 20 or lvl 25 you learn a general skill that allows you to use two 1-handed weapons.

lvl 20 for hunters, called dual wield, you go to your hunter trainer and pay a small fee, and you are able to dual wield aka wield 2 weapons at the same time :)

i know now that rogues can wield 2 weapons at level 10 just buy the skill for your rogue trainer

well it happens at random times, like i had just finished doing a bg in ab and i was on my mount and i left the battleground and my pet came up beside me, while his action bar was black. so its just random, i guess.
