wtf, i ve seen this advert videos before somewhere else, notice the guy with black shirt. on one hand, he said he had always connected, on the other hand, look at the blinking red light of the modem that place beside his computer, red light means no connection. someone probably edited the video so u guys cant c the effect- annoying vid

honestly, you must be joking. i've been using it for more than 7 months. my advice is, only their first 2 months is fast. this video is mostly a joke. especially the xbox live part.

If you in western country you as customer can sue them because they lie about the product. You can sue about a million dollar. i don't know about what happening in malaysia, internet at london the cheap 20 pound stearling can get about 1mbps but they were all fast.
