We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email.
I need help, my state was one of the first to be green, And when i log in, it says "your password is no longer valid, You must change your password," so i hit OK, then it says, "A server error has occurred." FUCK THIS!!!!! I NEED HELP PLEASE HELP ME~~!!!!
I don't own PS3, but I am still happy for Sony, that it fixed this, cause I still have my old PS2 laying on the floor somewhere...
