I'm surprised how most of the water powered car systems being experimented with on you tube and the web- are not pulsing the electricity- such that Stanley Meyer clearly did. 1 to 2 amps- at apx 20,000 Hertz, and seeming hundreds of volts. Is it possible to purchase the pulse device- with adjustable Hertz, volts and amps- as used in Stan's video explanations.
A further reply to anybody reading LyrumusX's comment: If you're into Browns Gas experiments, don't believe anybody except your own experiments. (That's how I got to making one of the top 3 inventions cited by Canadian Business magazine.)
