  • @mrsraddliffe I think for me it's George. Have you decided? :D

  • @xcitric fred

  • I decree this: Neville's Theme!

  • At the beginning, this sounds just like "At the Burrow" <3333

  • Bill look away, Im hideous...

  • "Don't look at me Bill...I'm hideous..." LOLLLLL

  • What am I going to do with my life now that Harry Potter is ending?? I mean..of course I'll continue to read the books and watch the movies..but it won't be the same...What the crap?!

  • Did hp7 part 2 really get leaked?

I'm effing tired of all this spam!!!!!

  • @grendle7

It came out and it's already on few sites uploaded free to watch.

  • i'm pretty pissed of how weak and weary the last track of the final movie is. desplat really sounded inspired in this soundtrack, great body of work, but i must say that the finale doesn'te really seem that epic, soundtrack-wise

  • NYAAAAAAH!

  • This is what the song called "Neville" sounds like. Just the begginning.

  • @NikkiHP123 Thats called The Theme of Hope

  • @2:28 'Wow! We're identical!

    'Not yet you're not.'

'You don't have anything more sporting have you?'

'Yeah, I don't really fancy this colour.'

'Well fancy this, you're not you, so strip.'

  • I've covered this song on piano. I've also made an arrangement which I've uploaded. Check it out! :D

  • Thumbs up if you will cry too if they don't put Hedwig's theme in the ending of the movie. cause As harry Says so good:

«It will finish as it started, TOGETHER!»

Yes, Hedwig's theme, TOGETHER, you've heard!

  • @VenomShock Hedwig's theme was in the first movie as you know, movies after sowly abandoned this theme, but, hedwig's theme is surely the most popular song of Harry Potter! the most significative. and I'd really like to hear it in the last movie, like 19 yo later, when the kids goes in Poudlard Express, you know?

  • @DeliriumBlacktis Yeah.... That made more sense...

  • @DeliriumBlacktis A variation is in the trailer, so it will probably be in part 2.

  • @DeliriumBlacktis ooh that'd be awesome, like at the very end you hear it playing!

  • @DeliriumBlacktis I got shivers reading that comment haha, I hope so!

  • @DeliriumBlacktis hedwigs theme came in the credits in part 2 I think :P

  • @HenTodolo Hedwig's theme played a bunch of times in Part 2.

  • @HenTodolo no. . wait maybe

  • @DeliriumBlacktis liked the way it ended with 'leaving hogwarts' or did you mean at the credits?

  • 3:09 OH THAT ALWAYS FAMILIAR TUNE!

  • I was absent-mindedly listening to this whilst doing my homework, when I heard Hedwig's Theme kick in near then end. I got so excited but then it stopped :( Alexandre Desplat is a great composer, but I do miss John Williams sometimes <3

  • *Just for a heads up. It taste like Goblins Piss*

    Moody funnist character. R.I.P.

  • "Just trying to defuse the tension!" I love that line so much!

  • @OnionAnimations Had much experience with goblin piss, have you Mad-Eye?

  • @Montagone

    LOL

  • @LoveWithNoLimits That would actually be really cool. If the last shot was (SPOILERS) Harry's kids and such on the train leaving for Hogwarts (UNSPOILER) and they played the music that played at the very end of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

  • @VenomShock unfortunatly, i dont think that'd happen :( because Alexandre desplat is doing part 2 aswell, but he DOES try to tie in some of John Williams' work with his own, so we may get something very similar :)

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial They've released the track list for Part 2. The last one says "King's Cross #2/Hedwig's Theme/End of the story". So it'll likely have "Leaving Hogwarts", or something. I'm excited.

  • @VenomShock sweet! i checked out the enitre list and just the names of some of the tracks got me extremely excited :D

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial Yeah! I can't wait! This movie is gonna rock so much!

  • I want to play this is in my concert band at college ugh this would be so much fun to play!

  • I want Hedwig's theme back for the opening title. We were robbed the last couple of times, but come on. We have to get it back.

  • What is the track that plays when harry is looking in the cupboard under the stairs? It also plays during Harry & Rons fight and when Dobby says "Dobby is happy to be with his friend... Harry Potter,,,"

  • Wow. Beautiful clarinet! AWESOME soundtrack! GO POTTER!

  • i can't hear fred and george :|...

  • Tastes like Dublin piss.

  • Gred and forge :P

  • @luzdepp89 @Kimiziitha HOLA amor hermosa te amo beby xD

  • everyone knows that by hearing hedwig'd theme means harry potter. well all the fans know

  • This track sounds like a pokemon song lol

  • @FueledByKass You were prolly thinking of pokemon when u heard this.

  • In witch scene this music was played ?

  • @Holeinyoursoull In the nine Potters scene. The flute at 1:59 is when they all drink the polyjuice potion

  • @FastBBBB *seven Potters

  • @Holeinyoursoull The Polyjuice potion transformation.

  • "Wow, we're identical!"

  • makes me think of Fred and George ! :D and I love Desplat for putting Hedwig's theme at the end <3

  • Yes, Alexander Desplat composed very interested part, but for me still John Williams is a king of Potter music:))) Patrick Doyle in "Goblet of Fire" was perfect too!

  • @KarolinaMisia Yes Williams was great (POA was the best for music). But Doyle is probably my least favorite, he seemed too bombastic. Desplat is right behind Williams though.

  • @indysoul86 Yes, but "Goblet of fire" is a bombastic movie, so the soundtrack suits perfectly:)))

  • fantastic song!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Beautiful Oboe playing by changing the hedwig's theme at the end really gives a sense of obvious change and the fact nothing will be normal or with a place to rely on anymore

  • @FastBBBB it was a french horn, not a oboe playing hedwig's theme

  • Alexandre Desplat made this soundtrack revive the beginnings and the escence of Harry Potter :) Excelent!!!

  • :') epic

  • Just one word: AMAZING!

    Alexander Desplat the best <3

  • 2 people dislike the tastes of roughly goblin piss

  • Hedwidgs Theme (bka HP Theme) 3:10 to end. PERECTION!

  • *boos the person who disliked this*

  • I think the movie should get a golden globe award for the soundtrack!

  • "Wow! We're identical!" haha that part cracks me up! =D

  • THIS IS BEYOND AMAZINGGGGGGGGGso effing good!

  • I love this, it's so warm and friendly. Perfectly captures the weirdness of Seven Potters. I love Desplat's friendship theme too! :)

  • Who would consider that Alexandre Desplat would be an excellent alternative for Howard Shore if he couldn't return to do "The Hobbit" Pts. 1&2?

If he could recapture the spirit of John Williams he can do the same for Howard Shore.

  • Fred and George: "Hey, we're identical" XD

  • @Quadraxis just as good as the line, a little later:

    "Good morning."

Even my dad, Mr. Alltimeserious, laughed.

  • My childhood will end (for me) next year when the final Harry Potter will come out, I saw all HP movies in the theater or on DVD (HP 1 and 2) the rest in the cinema.

    Thanks for the childhood!

  • this is too fantastic, beautiful and funny!

  • amazinggg :)...i remember alice in wonderland soundtrack :)

  • The twins always crack me up!

  • Fred and George: WOW! We're identical!

  • @cryptex220 lool

  • I was not at all thrilled about Hedwig's death, however I felt a little better about it knowing that in the movie she died fighting instead of just stuck in her cage like she did in the book. :(

  • @Vanguard4live all changes from the book were made in order to tell the story in a better flow, cutting some scenes that had little to do with the trio and justifying something, like harry and hermione without polyjuice potion at godric's hollow, or the missing harry's party

  • Thumbs up if at 2:28 you heard Fred and George say "Wow! We're identical!"

  • Mundungus watched this.....

  • Harry Potter <3

  • How did you get the OST ?? Did buy it with itunes ?? Thanks for the songs :) They are so great, I really loved the movie !! :p

  • When I heard the Hedwig's Theme at the end of this, my heart broke a little. Hedwig was there from the start you know? She was part of the essence of Harry being a wizard. She is not as prominant in the movies as in the books but i LOVED her. And even knowing it was coming, I cried, when she died. It was just so sudden, just she's there, and then she's just not. You know? It just seems like she is one of those characters that just CAN'T die, because she's hedwig, ya know? Like Dobby!

  • @EmmaKat1876 or dumbledore for that matter but it happened with all 3

  • "Don't look Bill, I'm hideous!" ~Fleur (*^_^*)

  • @johnnydeppfan356 no.

    Don't look Bill, E'm ideous.

  • 0:15 - 0:20 love that little bit repeated in variation throughout the film.

  • This film surpassed the book in my opinion, and was second best overall (POA still ranks as number 1). I disliked that they 'had a few things that non-book readers wouldn't get (I AM a book reader, so I get a those parts, but I still feel bad for the people who HAVENT read the books).

Also, this soundtrack is badass. Love it. Especially that bit of the Hedwig theme right there.

  • @VenomShock I totally agree with you! I like that the movie left so many things unexplained, surprisingly. But I feel like that will get more people to read the books. Everyone needs a little Potter in their life <3

  • 2:30 to 3:05 is amazingly zany. it totally explains how all of them must have felt. Especially Harry, seeing so many copies of himself. XD

  • The Second John William chaboo! chaboo! :)

  • "Wow, we're identical"

  • I wish you could hear Hedwig's theme a bit more, it's there, but it's so soft I didn't notice it in the movie.

  • at some points the soundtrack is similiar to new moon... well it was composed by the same person...

  • @thepigmypuffshow dont even..........................saying anything twili-----vampirish within this page or any other HP page is STRICTLY forbidden. Goodbye

  • @DarthRoy1292 I like twilight! But my room is full of HP posters... I (really) prefer Harry, but I don't hate it... I mean... it's a completly different kind of story, isn't it?

  • Poor Hedwig...at least she goes out while protecting Harry :)

  • This film was their best but the next one will probably be my favorite movie of all time.

  • -all change into Harry-

    Fred and George: We're IDENTICAL!

Fleur: Bill. Don't look at me. I'm hideous.

Hermione: Harry, your eyesight really is terrible....

While I agree the movie was dark, it was hilarious at parts, too!

  • @RaevynCL LMFAO! Dan is brilliant in that scene. He nailed everyone. I love how Hermione is the first one dressed and ready to go. :D

  • @iwantorlando05 I was impressed by his acting, too. In the first few films, I thought his acting ability was questionable, but after the 6th and 7th, I've come to realise just how AWESOME he is.

  • @RaevynCL

Dobby never meant to kill only to mane or seriously ingure!!! LOL

    Dobby is AWESOME RIP DOBBY

  • Great use of clarinet, especially, and woodwinds. :)

  • That part where the u hear vocalization-that's from the chamber of secrets when Harry, Ron, and Hermione were transforming in the bathroom after drinking the polyjuice potion! That put smiles on my face :D

  • Hmm.. I think each Potter soundtrack has its good moments and bad moments, and each composer has brought their own take to HP. Loads of people like John Williams, because he was the first composer and set the framework for successors. Personally, I thought the first two Williams soundtracks were a bit generic, not bad, but not much beyond the iconic 'Hedwig's Theme.' that was memorable. However, I thought Prisoner of Azakaban was the best soundtrack by miles! K.

  • @Kordar09

i'd agree with you on that! although i thought the OOTP soundtrack was brilliant!

  • I love the clarinet in this!! The warmth of it's sound is so nice.

  • @DayDreamPictures007 you got that right!

  • God, that clarinet is amazing.

  • I'm thinking of starting a "We Appreciate Nicholas Hooper" club, actually. His work seems to receive so much flak from the fanbase that I'd like him to know that many fans appreciate his catchy, funny, moving, and utterly emotional themes.

  • Speaking of Desplat's work, though, I think that he has done a sensational job. I'm glad that he's returning for Part 2 instead of Williams, truth be told.

  • @SwedishSkinJer ....actually, John Williams and Alexandre Desplat will do a collaboration on the final film.

  • @SwedishSkinJer hes collaborating with him for the final film

  • @davedirector7 Where did you find it out?

  • @Ency19 british film premiere

  • I'm actually starting to like Desplats work. He seems to be going back to the works of John Williams, which is great. Anyway, I'm so glad Hooper is out. I think we all can agree that his works were just... terrible.

  • @JonWithNooH Actually, no. It's impossible for everyone to agree on such a subjective matter. In my opinion, Hooper's scores were wonderful, deeply nuanced and emotional. His theme for Umbridge in OotP is, for example, one of my favorite tracks out of the entire series.

  • @SwedishSkinJer VERY MUCH!!! HE HAS MORE IDENTITY!

  • @JonWithNooH Hooper's works were really good. Especially songs like When Ginny Kissed Harry, In Noctem, and who can't forget Wizard Wheezes?

  • @AlexD907 VERY MUCH. I LOVE HOOPER!!!

  • @JonWithNooH I liked him, Umbridges theme is one of my favorites. Different taste I guess :)
