After telling one whopper of a lie about americans receiving 1/3 of the stimulous, Obama pauses, turns his head in profile so that his cheeck fully faces the camera , and then thoroughly massages his cheeck with his tongue. You will find no better body language confession by the President that screams out "I am a liar"
