Modern film composers lack the skill of those who wrote music forty or fifty years ago. Maybe it's not all their fault, I mean how do you write beautiful music for car crashes or drug deals gone wrong ending in violence. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is not encouraging when "IT'S HARD TO BE A PIMP ON THE STREET" is awarded best song of the year.
This movie has not only great actors and scenaries, but a great theme. I love this movie, it's one of the best movies I've ever seen, interesting and passionate.
Great opening. Too bad the 20th Century-fox logo was removed!
