They are all black, red and white and red are more of a special occasion thing.

Judan is a solid red belt in Japan, but in any case it is not always worn on the mat.

This was probably filmed at the Kodokan Judo Institute in Tokyo. Red belts are never worn there, nor are coloured kyu grade belts. Only white or black belts are worn and only white judogis.
