  • You have it backward sweethart. Push ups with your feet raised high are inclines. You feel it more on upper pecs and shoulders.

  • this chick is a straight soldier,am a guy and jus started getting back into training,but dont think i cud have ficnished what she was doin,but i do weigh a lot more than her,non the leess very good never thought females can do more than 20pushups max

  • Have you ever herd of the perfect push-up and the perfect pull-ups. it will be much easyer and better results.

  • Tremendous vid! Not bein sexist, nut its gr8 2 c a woman graftin hard wiv gr8 techneek. Lot ov women I c workin out dnt show much passion4 trainin. Just go thru the motions. Gud 2 c ur trainin hard.

  • 100 pull ups in a session and 140 push ups in one session, do you do this everyday? I think somewhere its NOT healthy. Because when you get to 30 pull ups you are almost dying, I saw in the videos. But still respect...

  • No....I work one body part per week....that workout takes a few days to recover. Thanks for the respect and yes you are correct...not good to work a sore bodypart several days in a row.

  • I really do not know....I put a lot of variety into my workouts which breaks up the push ups.....so in one session I would probably do 140 reps.

  • I counted 50 push-ups... And then 15 pull-ups! Can you get even stronger!?!

  • Yes....in my pull up workouts I like to do a minimum of 100 reps spaced over a variety of grips;) Of course I could not perform that in 3 min video clip....

  • Thanks for replaying! Very inspirational answer, but also a bit chocking! Most girls/women struggle, at best, with 1 or 2 pull-ups, while you are doing 100; those arms must been made into steel! That's VERY impressive, Darla! Next time I work back, I will substitute my regular workout with one of your 100 pull-ups workout... Looking forward to that!

  • Have fun and be prepared for DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)....

  • I did 115 pull-ups over 9 sets three different excersises... And DOMS indeed, but loving it:)
