He's handling it better then most adults I've seen. Goes at a comfortable pace, obeyed the RSO, and most importantly the muzzle was always aimed downrange, something not always easy to keep in mind.

I'd say he's mature enough.

impressive. I could only imagine how his little hand wrap around the grip. I noticed he was using his middle finger as trigger finer, the index finger probably couldn't reach. I wonder how difficult for him to transition to the proper index finger when he grows up.

@4020269 I just think that its way too early for that kid to compete in that kind of advanced shooting, im a shooter myself and own several guns. So i know that its alot of things to think about when you shooting ipsc wery important thing like where your pointing the mussle and so on, i just dont think that you can give that kind of responsibility to a kid that young. He has a whole adult life in front of him so why dont yust wait a few years?

@soulis1000 Watching the video, he handles the weapon very well, and in a very safe manner. I very much doubt he started out shooting ipsc, he's probably been shooting for a while, and has had gun safety drilled into his head. I see much more dangerous handling of guns at the range all the time (freaks me out). But hey, to each their own.
