Better than Chairman stuck in a Room with Different Music Playing each office! In a chair facing you when you spin him around bodies still there no head!
it was on Jetix in the UK and it was on late at night between 11pm and 4am if I remember, cant remember the exact air time, but at one point before the new year if Im right it was moved to UK childrens channel Pop (look them up on wikipedia for more info)
Possibly. If they have good screenwriters for the movie and keep it seperate from the other two Gadget films that have been made. Theme it as a Gadget film all its own.
The seperation of the first two films will be a lot better. I can also think Ted Levine should portray Chief Quimby since he has the appearance of that character.
Ah yes! Actor from "Monk" who plays Cpt. Stottlemeyer...lololol...He'd be good as Chief Quimby. Now who could play Dr. Claw? Or else who would be a good nemesis to Inspector if not the Claw? I haven't seen the cartoon show since I was about ten or eleven years old so I've forgotten who the other evil crazies were who tried to get Gadget.
All bad guys in the original series were employed by Doctor Claw. He is the powerful and mysterious mastermind of villains in Inspector Gadget's universe.
...And whoever plays Doctor Claw must have a deep, thundering, threatening voice and NOT reveal any more of himself than Doctor Claw in the original cartoon series did!
Very interesting concept! I've been wondering when someone would do the "Get Smart" theme, original or 2008 version, to "Inspector Gadget". After all, Maxwell and Gadget are similar in so many respects...Especially since Don did both. Some of his best voice over work ever as the loveable Inspector.
The man who preformed the voice for Inspector Gadget (Don Adams) also played Max Smart the title character from Get Smart, so the music fits PERFECTLY! Maybe Max IS Inspector Gadget. Maybe Siegfried the leader of KAOS blew Max up and CONTROL rebuilt him as Inspector Gadget.

Maxwell Smart IS Inspector Gadget.
After the Cold War ended and KAOS was disbanded, he retired from KONTROL and became a police officer in Metro City.
Then he suffered a fatal accident when he broke all of his bones, so CONTROL used their technology to bring him back as Inspector Gadget.
Penny is Agent 99's daughter. He just calls him "uncle" to preserve his identity.
MAD is what became of KAOS. Doctor Claw is really Mister Big.

If another real-life Inspector Gadget is in the making, does anyone think Steve Carell is fit for the role of Inspector Gadget?

I think steve would do a brilliant job of gadget!

If Steve Carrel can portray Maxwell Smart, he could portray another character Don Adams is known for.

You're right on that one! Then there would be two Gadgets and two Maxwell Smarts! LOL!

No way, Matthew Brodreck was the best.

@JKAFinal Well, that's your opinion while I admire Matthew Broderick. I just think Steve Carrell has the right looks and acts to play Gadget.
