Another DNS provider provides a way to make only 0.0.0.0 work for the source of a zone transfer but again internationally isn't that a problem with some registrars? Is that a consideration here?

That was definately not hacking, there's a difference in READING information obtained freely from a lookup or even reverse lookup, and WRITING information to fake the server. 86400 is in seconds (24 hours) before the server "forgets", this isn't a bad thing, it looks like a proxy, woopdeedoo. Here's an idea, why not do a reverse of an alt dns server, then fake the IP on your own card, do a proxy switch, then use the computer to do your searches for you, it'll be more impressive, yet useless.
