you just have to try a balanced diet and drink a lot of water and do all over body exercises like walking and jump roping and after a little while you will start losing weight evenly all over your body. you cant JUST lose weight in your face.
cardio will make you lose fat. Diff people store fat diff places. You need to move your legs to burn your face fat. Run, bike, cardio workouts ect. Healthy diet helps too. Although I'm not crazy diet, just dont eat total crap much and try to eat things that are reasonably healthy. Also Don't overeat.....eat slowly eat just enough to feel full.
I have been weight training for years and tried many different programs out there and I know its not possible to build that amount of muscle and lose that much fat in just 84 days. There is a big problem in this, because to lose fat you need calorie shortage but to build muscle you need calorie surplus, so you cant do both at the same time. Scientific articles says the same.
I tried different programs as well for 6 years mate with no success. In my experience the game is 95% played in your head, you can only achieve what you believe is possible. In the 84 days I only put on 1.7kg's of muscle (not much).
@legggggggggy what you say is truth BUT IMO it doesnt look like the guy actually put on a whole lot of muscle, just lost fat and got a tan. You saying thats not possible in almost THREE months? C´mon...
G'day kadzer39, generally speaking I only do "double sessions" in the final shred phase of a Mission (last 4 weeks) because overloading on cardio for two long doing the same type can drain your muscle.
i see..i need to know this because i got a soccer traning which require alot of running and its 3dys a wk..so i won't do "double sessions" then...ok thanks adam and you did a good job too
When cutting I do cardio 4 - 6 times per week, 2 HIIT (20 mins) and 2 steady state sessions (30 - 45 mins). On maintenance just 2 or 3 steady state sessions per week.
