I am greek and i can be neutral and because of my great age i know there were good indian actors when i was a child and hollywood honoured a particular 'Sabu' who I still show to my grandson particularly 'the thief of bagdhad'. we must remember there is no language/national/religious barrier when it comes to the arts, even the turks and Greeks unite when there is a song or a show to perform together.Our great Sakis sang with a Turk years before against his government wishes.

Im an Indo-Canadian, MY THOUGHTS:

-This movie was great

-it was not made by indians

- it shows how life really can be in India, which for the most part is very sad due to corruption, and this movie really showed the "slums" which make up a large part of India

- it should stimulate people to speak out against corruption and do something about it

- the songs were good

-the dance was weak.. but what do you expect from a Hollywood film :P

India has been independent for around 61 yrs and USA for 200+ yrs , plus India has 3 times US populn in 1/3 size area...

What i'm trying to say is... give India some credit ..that it makes everything work in such cultural diversity and such huge population..any other nation would have collapsed till now..
