She's adorable. Many children grow up to resent their autistic (or special needs) siblings - and with good reason, as often parents inadvertently put the needs of the autistic child above the needs of typical children thus the neurotypical kids feel left out or less important. I hope that this little girl always feels the love for her brother that she does in this video, and I commend her parents for helping her to understand and accept her brother's autism. :-)

This is my daughter two years ago. My son is now doing very well. He is speaking now and in 2nd grade in a regular. Thank you guys so much for the comments. Hannah still has a lot of problems and jealousy from having a brother who has autism. She is now eight and is going to be getting some sibling therapy soon. She is the most amazing big sister and we always call her our son's greatest therapist.
