they just released new DLC for it today i think, that coupled with the three other packs of DLC they have released makes the game seem new. they have Operation Anchorage (alaskan war simulation), The Pitt (pittsburgh expansion), broken steel (extends game past ending and adds 10 levels) and Point Lookout (swamp/beach area expansion), so there's a lot more than just the game, which in itself is huge and has a lot of content.
