Because we drew the characters too big and expected to make the 'Doom Marine' (player) taller afterwards. It eventually caused too many problems and we got stuck with midget Batman... (I'm one of the authors BTW)

The joker is really the baron of hell, and uses a special to end the level, which sometimes doesn't work.

Another famous bug is the berserk-pickup, which takes away the players weapons, and prints a message "you failed to fight Bane with your fists!"

Other than those, it's a great mod.
