I think the top execs should be killed and all assets of the company should be seized and turned over to those americans who have been harmed the worst by this. How many of you feel that BP executives should be put to death for this? I think the top execs should be killed and all assets of the company should be seized and turned over to those americans who have been harmed the worst by this. BP should be no more. same for transocean, Halliburton, and the private security firms that have been harrassing journalists and other people who are trying to show the full truth of this. What are needed are harsh penalties for conglomerates. Get them where it hurts. They have the technology to prevent and fix such disasters at a moment's notice. In case of disasters of this magnitude they should be forced to cease worldwide operations and sell their hard assets for scrap.

I experienced explosions like this in war. I understand a feel for those workers. I was lucky to come home disabled but alive.
I hate to say this but Those in charge on the rig as well as up the BP chain of command must suffer, just as much as those who lost lively hoods and a way of life.
I do not care about the money, I will not be satisfied until I see laid low all those who contributed to this disaster. That includes politicians who benefited and signed off as well.

35 countries offered to help over two months, the Fed gov't refused them all. Some were super tankers with the ability to skim hundreds of thousands of gallons (they only wanted to keep the oil). I fish (catch and release) from TX beaches, there are many species of fish and sharks here that aren't normally seen here, pushed right up against the beach. The cleanup chemicals and methane gas are decimating the gulfs ecosystem. The gov't protects BP instead of the Gulf. BP execs should be HUNG!!!!

EPA released that large quantities of poisonousness gases like Hydrogen sulfide, Benzenem, which can cause death, anemia and leukemia respiratory problems, are being emitted. Before this disaster the levels of these gases were found to be at a safe level of: 61 parts per billion, THE CURRENT level around the spill: 3,000-3,4000 parts per billion.

They discovered a methane sea under the oil that oil experts are saying has 100,000 psi, and they say that proof of the methane escaping is if the methane comes up through cracks in the ocean floor. That's begun to happen. If THAT methane sea blows, it will be like an undersea Mount St Helens, and a 300-400 ft tsunami will hit Florida at 600 mph. In 1988, the US shot down an Iranian passenger aircraft, killing 290 people on board. The US awarded MEDALS to the people involved and even to this day, never admitted wrongdoing, and did not accept responsibility nor submit an apology to the Iranian government. Criminal charges must be forthcoming. All of the clean up workers in Exxon Valdez 20 yrs ago have died. Mass muder and enviromental destruction of historic proportion. Refuse to help with the cleanup; make BP an Goldman Sachs and the enablers of Obama's EPA get down there and do the fixing and cleaning. But why continue a crisis or allow a matter to become a crisis through inaction?
I must conclude that the White House wanted the oil spill to continue and wreak havoc on the Gulf coasts of Louisiana and Florida. Nothing substantive was done to stop the spread. A great deal of talking, but nothing more.= gross incompetence or sabotage.
