People say, "If you understand it, what does it matter?" I say, "When I toddler says 'tootie' instead of 'cookie' (at a point in which she is fully capable of saying "cookie"), why would you ever correct her if you know she wants a cookie?"  BECAUSE IT'S WRONG!!!
