@jessRonMan Yeah that's pretty good. If that time is legit, you should keep up with it for real. But all i can suggest is basically to make sure you EXPLODE at the end of your race, if at all possible. If you feel totally dead, still try to. But when i was in 8th grade, I would just keep up my speed in the end of the race and ended up with a 12.7, but the next meet when I tried to absolutely kill myself at the end, I got a 12.1. So keep up with it!! Good luck kid.
