No. They can bend blood because blood contains a great deal of water, bone doesn't. Bone is just calcium. Toph might be able to bend bone, but not Kitara.

Actually, no. Earth benders could probably bend the very little minerals inside humans, but that is meaningless in comparison to Blood bending. Water benders reach into the human and bend everything inside them. After all... we are mostly comprised of water. Air benders would be able to rip the air from your lungs and sufficate you! Technically no. Air benders can bend the air inside water, BUT they couldn't bend the water itself. Then again, we are getting into the very, VERY deep basics, in which case, yes, earth benders can bend minerals, airbenders could bend water, etc. HOWEVER, they don't necissarily bend the little particles so much as the ELEMENT. This means that the reason water benders can bend blood is because there is a substantial amount of water in humans. Besides, they can only do it during the full moon.

Air nomads were monks they are religiously against taking the life of another being human or other period...main reason why they did fall out, cause air would have totally kicked ass! Now blood bending was never practiced or even thought of in the water tribes of north and south because they are peaceful water fearing people who would be against it all together. Blood bending is very hard to control and it takes either years on top of years of practice or like katara be a very powerful bender. IMO I think most ,if not all, water benders would probably fall under the many years of training category but even then I doubt they'd accomplish much.

Now same as water tribe metal bending can only be ton by a select "FEW" of powerful and very experienced earth benders. I think toph is the only earth bender who can actually bend metal but then again I'm not surprised because unlike most earth benders she has a disability that , for an earth bender, could potentially be an advantage. Bcause shes blind she can connect to the earth on a level others cant which allowed her to tap into the minerals of metal.

i thought of a way to defeat blood bending, in the episode although aang and sokka couldnt move they could still breath and talk, so if she was fighting a fire bender, and facing them, they could use their breath of fire to force her to release them ( for the moment) and attack her non stop, until she is down, an airbender could do the same by blowing out air.

bloodbending is possible b/c blood is 82% water. any living creature/plant is at least 70% percent water, thats why bloodbending is possible. I can see why u might assume bonebending is possible for, but that would be incorrect, bones are made up of cells which are 80% water, they do store minerals, but these minerals r too refined to be bended. think about, metal is 2 refined to be bended by all but toph. these minerals r more refined then metal and in extremely lower quantity in a body.

lungbending is also impossible, b/c 1st of all it was stated that airbending has no finishing/killing move. this would obviously be a finishing move. 2nd, to remove ALL the air from the lungs would be to create a vacume of nothing, like outerspace, no airbender can do this, they can push/pull/move air however they please but they can remove it from a certain place.
