so everything was run through the Plug-in post recording, I think some old guitar pedals can be purchased with Ring Modulation

One of your comments says something about having just 2 regenerations remaining. I'm not so sure that the new series is going to stick with that rule. I'm thinking they'll come up with something to the effect of, "since there are no more timelords left (save The Master), then The Doctor gets to use all of the regenerations that went unused when Gallifrey burned."

Mind you, that's just my own pet theory. I haven't read anything to support it.

@mtszabo i think you might be right about that because i was watching the dr who spinoff "the sarah jane adventures" out of curiosity and the 11th dr guest stared and one of the cast asked him how many times he could regenarate, i forget how many times he said he could exactly but it was definately four hundred and something he could have just have been being funny but you never know with the docter (plus it written by the same people as dr who)
