I am sure the lady did not understand that and was stubborn. The cops were thinking of her health. I agree on excessive force was used, but they were thinking that the lady might have died since she was alone in a city that had gone baserk. The cops were just following an order of evacuation the lady did not follow.

Thats where your wrong, there was a mandatory evacuation order in place, but you DO NOT have to leave, no one can make you leave. All that means is that your on your own, no emergency personnel will come to your aid. Its not about guns on that you are correct, its about government officials thinking they are above the law. They can not under any circumstance enter your home without a warrant, or in this case an order to resend Posse Comitatus which was never issued. They were wrong, no doubt.
