I think people need to realize that viewing games like this, with their own niche communities who still adore them -myself included-, should be respected in their own right.

Whatever happened to just...letting people like what they like and respecting them for it? Different games are made for different people in different audiences. Doesn't mean we cant say "huh, that's interesting, but I prefer this."

@songokux4 - You do realize who Arika is...right..... Arika was formed by former Capcom employees. Those few are the ones that help created the game we all love today. Street Fighter II. I'm pretty sure they knew what they were doing. They did a great damn job creating the EX series. Even though EX3 feels rush, it is still awesome.

Watching this is nostalgic. Rosso pressure after a knock down, Seeing the Shadow Geist player going for the Air Death Dream and missing it, lol. Hoping your opponent will get impatient and Excel at the wrong time. Interesting that these guys are pretty good with most character's excel combos, but they miss a lot of punishment opportunities.

@jelaninoel Probably has to do with the fact that EX3 never had an Arcade release. That and that fact that it was step backwards after EX2. Everyone had decent Excel combos in EX2 but not everyone had good momentary combos in EX3. Also...how do you have a sequel with no new characters, fewer stages, and a 1-character mission mode? EX3 was fun, but EX2+ was a much better game overall.

The music in this game is better than i remember! Not better than the EX1 soundtrack, though. These are some great matches! The EX series is underrated, and for some reason got a lot of hate, mostly by the uninformed.
