  • I have an MBA and I approve this message.

  • Science major qualifies you for a lab tech position, and engineer = possibly an entry level job at consulting or R&D with a very low starting (unless you're petroleum eng.). MBAs from top school land gigs starting 100 k with an exponential pay increase (as long as you're in finance and not GM or marketing)

  • @EliLillyInnovation Wrong, engineering = near 6 figure right out of school with 100k+ within 10 years. Highest paying jobs with a bachelors degree. Most companies will also pay for you to get a masters and then give you a bonus and higher salary.

  • @capnapalm ONLY if you are REAAALLY good at what you do

  • Engineers and Science majors are the ones that matter once past an undergraduate program. Fuck the MBA

  • @apollosfury Wow, you are an idiot.

  • I like the comedy behind it. It is really true that MBA people believe they are superior over others when they are 0.

  • The story of the C grade in the paper is apocryphal -- see the Fred Smith interview in Business Week in 2004 (search for "Fred Smith on the Birth of FedEx", since posting a URL does not seem to be allowed here)

  • I used to not get this until I started seeing people put their names like "John Smith, MBA" as if the MBA was equal to Ph.D or Esquire or MD. Too bad most MBAs are still dumb as balls. And really, unless you're from Wharton, HBS, Princeton, etc - that MBA is worthless.

  • @InvalidAuthorization

Fortunately, I am - but not from Princeton. Princeton does not have business school and doesn't offer MBA degree.

  • @ TheEgg185. You are a moron. Highly doubtful you could use FedEx yourself. Try using your brain instead of brawn

  • Don't we all know somebody who we feel this commercial was written with in mind?

  • if that was me, that guy wouldn't be able to eat solid food for 8 months!

  • i would beat the shit out of that guy if i was there. it would be like *PUNCH*PUNCH*PUNCH* Director: WAIT!!! Hes just an ACTOR!!! PUNCH*PUNCH* Paramedic: Does anyone know his blood type!

(like that simpsons episode. look up "Stop! Stop! He's Already Dead!!" to see what i mean)

  • this is soooo funny! lol

if you like this u should check out the 'so you want to go to business school' video. that one is hilarious! LOL

  • @203janet LOL thanks for the video suggestion. It is soooo true.. my brother is an MBA student and he got so mad when he saw the videos LOL

  • I have one, but I get the add. Too many MBAs think they are worth $15,000-50,000 more per annum cause of the degree....morons!

  • @evilstib LOL so true! you should watch the 'so you wanna go to business school' video! you'll laugh your head off! LOL LOL

  • This is so true! Love it

  • I got a good chuckle, and I have an MBA. Granted it's gone pretty much useless, but I'm still proud of my accomplishment.

  • I love how all the mbas with eng degrees instantly fall back on that pinky ring. What a bunch of dbags. For the other mbas out there who take offense to this video, lighten up yo.

  • Will I look like this guy when I finish my MBA? CRAP! It's a relief I'm also an engineer!

  • Will I look like this guy when I finish my MBA? CRAP! It's a relief I'm also an engineer!

  • Do I detect a hint of a smile on her face at 0:06? Looks like the new MBA is being put in his place.

  • when that woman said "oh, you have an MBA... in that case i'll just show you how to do it"

is it that me or is that Samuel L Jackson's style of acting?

  • I have an MBA, and I don't consider myself smarter than anyone else. It's just a degree; how you apply your skills is what matters. That being said, MBA holders are not more lazy than anyone else either.

  • @fahlou13 ur right!!!

  • Male bashing and white male bashing in particular is considered funny and acceptable for some reason. If you think this commercial is fine, try to imagine the roles reversed. Would FedEx dare portray an African American woman as incompetent with a white male helping her out? Please list some recent examples.

  • @Tedk505

today, no. all you got to do is go back prior to 1995. tv, film, and commercials are FULL of counter examples.

    FULL.

  • Please put this ad' back into circulation. Hilarious!

  • the laziest people i work with have MBA's.

  • I know a guy with an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan that can't do high school math. Bet this guy went there too!

  • @SaintWilliamIII sounds like you have some unfinished life work

  • soul sistas always be showin' those high-steppin, uppity crackers how it be in bidness. it like dat errrrywhere. Jesus Christ. Smart black people. Dumb white people. How long will the guilt last? We're sorry for being white. Here's a reparation check, and here, take my daughter.

  • @bennykoy wow! the employee assistance program is cover under Obama care.

  • lol. I bet this is Fred Smith's way of saying "fuck you" to his professor for giving him a C on his business plan paper.

  • I hve an MBA...but I really liked this...its Hilarious...learn to laugh at urselfs ppl...dont be sooo up-tight

  • LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!

  • im a mba student and i feel insulted with this ad.

  • "MBA" Master os Bullshiting All

  • I m nobody, even i have no job. I want to be die...

  • this thing hurts i m MBA and i m happy i m not working for Fed Ex

  • Come on guys! Where is your sense of humour? I just obtained my MBA degree and I lmao to this video!!!

  • Good thing he did'nt say '' I have a Phd''. Harharharhar.. LOL...

  • If you have a graduate degree from a prestigious university and your grammar and spelling are this poor, it must have been an honorable degree as part of a Special Olympics initiative. Either that or your parents purchased your degree for you. I am personally disgusted for those of us that ACTUALLY have an MBA and know how to speak in an intelligent manner.

  • "an MBA"...makes it clear why are you not agreed with my point of view.

  • best youtube comment ever.

  • @Spatr106

You have a good point. Typo's and informal text message styled wording is okay, but sometimes the bad grammar I've read online is baffling!

  • genius!

  • omg this is like working for UPS!!!! hahahahaha except you're delivering not just printing labels. hahahahah

  • Great commercial!

It was a business professor who gave FedEx founder Fred Smith a "C" on his paper describing the FedEx business model. Shows you how much they know about business.

  • this is the deepest ADD. and it is funny as hell.

the ad actually goes a lot deeper than just showing

the attitude of mba students...it's extremely funny, and not so funny at the same time.

  • @hardkicka (& @maxdrobot as explanation)

I've worked 14 + yrs at a major business school supporting MBA's, and I can tell you that this "quality" shows up in a not-small percentage of MBA students. You see it most in the ones who come pretty much fresh from undergrad that haven't gotten out in the world for a good dose of reality... the ones who come from working years in industry are usually much better about it.

Rest assured, this attitude it has roots in fact, just not for all of 'em.

  • I agree with you..MBA grads who've actually worked in different industries would be more participative and better at pinpointing problems and their causes. Alot of fresh undergrads who then obtain MBAs have the attitiude of not really pitching in and thinking their all that.

  • But maybe they know something about grammar.

  • As a President yes Bush messed up on the economy but as a business man he was pretty succesul in most of his ventures like his baseball team and some of his early oil ventures but to hell with Bush its the wider picture im talking about... not every low life banker is an MBA grad and this is where the problem stems...not many people like bankers right now and there seems to be a mix up between bankers and MBA grads.

  • Sure, it's just that 65% of Harvard MBA students run to inventment banks, and finance companies in general. If MBA's were seeking to become managers wanting to lead and improve society they would not simply run to the highest bidder upon graduating in order to fulifill a main aim of self enrichment. This philosophy must be partly responsible. MBA's are providing what students want, is this what society needs?

  • the entire reason most ppl even go for an MBA is so they can work in an investment bank ..most low life bankers are MBA grads and most of the ppl who messed up our economy lehmans brothers fuld, merryll lynch ceo, hank paulson, george bush etc all had MBAS .

  • I'm doing my MBA right now and I'm laughing my lungs out...

  • What a load of crap this advert is... MBA grads have and continue to hold most positions in all the top organisations in the world and alot of them have first degrees in science based programmes like engineering, physics, biology etc

  • Yeah, they also have their heads stuck up their arse :P

  • Must be part of why the world economy is in such great shape.

  • I dont buy that one bit, there are alot of reasons why the world economy is in a mess, the war in Iraq and Afrganistan which has cost the US billions of dollars with no return at all and also the securitisation of US mortagage backed bonds which wouldnt have been sanctioned without the go ahead from Bush and his crew. MBA holders arent the policy makers, the policy makers are the damn politicians who say one thing today and do the opposite tommorrow.

  • One other thing, just for your info the founder and creator of Fedex Fred Smith is himself an MBA grad! In every profession you get some people who have their heads uo their arses so it isnt wise to generalise about MBAs.

  • Bush got his MBA from Harvard.

  • bush has an MBA from harvard .the very bastion of the MBA dynasty.

  • Im gonna connect my fist with your skull you little twink

  • I'm a Keller Graduate student working on my MBA with a specialization in Accounting and this commercial is soo funny! I can totally see myself saying what that guy said in the video about having an MBA. MBA's RULE!

  • So you are getting an MBA from a non-aacsb accredited university! HAHAHAHAHAHA Good luck interviewing with the good firms with that degree! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

Keller doesn't even require the gmat anymore! you know something is wrong with a university when they have extremely lax admission standards!

  • I totally agree with you but why the hell do so many people hate MBAs?

  • @maxdrobot cuz most of business (i say most) are wanna-be-rich snobs who barely know how to tie their shoe laces. i'm in business school and my best friends are from non-business schools.

  • oh my, don't you sound like a team player.

  • Sorry is this David Brent?

  • hmmm....first you said "most of the guys in the program are 100% pussies", next line "I connect well with people".

    Interesting...interesting.

  • haha BS!!!!

  • it's true in most of the cases. maybe not 100% of MBAs are smart smart, but majority is. again it depends on the individual as well!

  • love how everyone's using this to rant about MBAs... haha

  • Ha ha. I'm halfway done my MBA, and this video is so true. We are such jerks, ha ha.

  • I ll graduate as an MBA from one of the best schools in North America, I totally agree with the fact that MBAs are way too overrated. MBA is merely a certification that U R SMART which unfortunately is not true in more than 50% of cases. I have more respect to those who learned by the experience rather than by the books!!

  • I've been to firms where the MBA's get promoted over people who've been working there for years. I can understand the way they reserve the top dog positions for the most educated, but I wonder if an MBA really gives you that great an edge.

  • fuck the MBA hate those guys

  • HAHA nice.

  • fucking awesome....!!!!

  • lol

  • Whats MBA

  • masters in Business Admin

  • moronic business associates

  • *chirp*

    *chirp*

    *chirp*

  • Mediocre But Arrogant

  • My Big Asshole

  • Money Before All

  • YEESSSS! Man I LOVE this commercial!

  • 1st year MBA Student with 5+ years work experience...And this video is SO true.

  • I'm curious... like in what way? What does it say about MBAs?

  • It means the majority of MBAs believe they're above pitching in and getting their hands dirty.

It also means while they've had specialized advanced level study in a particular field such as finance or accounting, they have no clue how to actually keep the company running like making shipments or day-to-day operations.

  • Ohhhh, that makes a lot of sense, then. Thanks for the insight!

  • @shie6040 it's an ad???? hahahaha. your green is showing

  • @Chaz770 My "green is showing"??

    In what way?

  • nice

  • haha!

  • I have an MBA and STILL think this commercial is hilarious!

  • As a future B School student, I love it!

  • yeah this commercial is tight.. btw, what school are you going to ?

  • Right now I'm looking into the best B schools geared towards engineering...so far Michigan and Carnegie Mellon look good.

  • BEST...COMMERCIAL...EVER.

  • but its true

  • How ironic.

  • Indeed but also a lot of fun in it:P
