I think you are wrong in your summation of this object. It appears to me to be a panel or something that is indeed attached to the station in some way, you can see the distortions in the pixels surrounding the "object". It is mounted at each tip.

This does seem like an "Unidentified Flying Object". It does not, however, seem like something alien. And because of its proximity to the nearby things, I would say it's a panel to the satellite wing (to the right of the 'UFO') that cannot be seen because the piece connecting the two is black, just like the part at the beginning of the video that sticks out towards the earth.
