F-no! The majority if these people are addicted recreational users & losers. The people show how stupid some pot heads are and are abusing the system and they make the people with legit cancer, glaucoma, arthritis look bad. actually he did, the policy has yet to come into affect but you can see the change in regard to the price increase on flavored cigars. I would like to add that marijuana will never be a problem when looked upon from an unstigmitized perception, there are no dishabiliting physcological damages to infer on marijuana. Regardless to what is said by the unknowingly controlled media there has never been a death recorded despite the thousands of years of usage. PS people I am high and I am proud:0
