I think people are hard on this game. I'm not up on the Gauntlet story, but I liked the gameplay. I'm thinking of buying it on xbox live.

you know those gamefly commercials where people are pissed that they bought a really really crappy game. Most of them bought this game. It's that bad.

In my opinion this is probably the most disappointing sequel EVER. Dark Legacy was SO much better.
