My grandparents got to Jaffa from russia and poland when israel was still palestine, hated it and went straight to Israel. That said when you go back now the living conditions for most are just as good as most european countries (transport, living, good hygiene, wages, housing). Everyone lived like dogs in the 40s and 50s during mass immigration to Israel. My grandparents got to Jaffa from russia and poland when israel was still palestine, hated it and went straight to Israel. That said when you go back now the living conditions for most are just as good as most european countries (transport, living, good hygiene, wages, housing). As beautiful a country that morroco is it isnt as developed as Israel
