I would cut the AKs barell where the gas release chamber ends and put the silencer there. The rifles lenght would be shorter for about 10cm (4 inches).

this is to the bullpup comment; a bullpup is a weapon configuration where the magazine is behind the trigger and the weight is distributed almost completely to the stock, this is nigger rigging
