yeh =] right now I practice in the day to realize my forgotten speeds and tosses... i practice at night to realize my forgotten accuracy...
soon, i'll add my tosses and more complicated moves in, i used to link around the neck, around the back, around the waste, around the shoulders, wrists, etc... i used to link them together with really great speed considering the staff I'm using is really wind resistant... for an example, check out what I do at about 2:12-2:20... =]
