I have the first trauma center and I was so good at it, but I ended up just quitting it after getting to a really impossible surgery. I think I'm gonna get the second one though; it looks too good to pass up

OMG siege is a NIGHTMARE! i would get spooked out by that many seige lol :O because of sheer number and me being slow i'd fail this 20 times on the DS as for an emulator well i wouldn't try it lol

If there is one thing I would recommend doing different from NickofTime here would be how I handle killing off Sige. When you have one hit left and the gas is cleared, it is better to leave the gas hole and just attack Sige and kill it off. Other than that, I will say this video helped me XS this stage, and I now consider it one of the easier X missions in the game.

Anyone trying to learn how to use two styli at once it's pretty simple. Depending on how comfortable you are with your left hand (I'm not very comfortable so i know this first hand) just use it for injections and selecting the gel your right hand does everything else. Very impressive nick i love seeing people with this much enthusiasm for this game like I do. It's fantastic.

Autofocus. His camera automatically tries to compensate for the various light levels on screen and fails, leaving that blurry effect.

The gel doesn't erase the fog, blowing into the mic does; it's just for keeping the Sige from spiking vitals too much while the fog's being blown away.

Actually it does. If you look carefully, without blowing the gel makes the fog shake a bit. The stabilizer can also erase the fog in one injection in combination in blowing. Try it.

Well, normally, yes, you can get anywhere from C-XS on an Extreme mission. The thing is, on a mission like this, where falling behind due to making mistakes basically ensures your death, you're either going to do really, really well and beat the mission, or have to start over.

X-Pempti in Second Opinion was the same way. You either got an A/S/XS, or nothing.

my problem is... the vitals are too low, sige is running everywhere, and if i cut sige then it will make mega hemorrhages and i lose... x-1 to x-5 was tough, but this is like.. IMPOSSIBLE T_T

instead of using 2 stylus's i just use my left thumb. helps with selecting the tools alot faster and allows you to use the stablizer better as well, but cause im not using 2 stylus normally cause I play this game on the bus ride home, I don't have a second one spare :(.
