Agree with other comments regarding Warren's and John Allred's mastery of their instruments, but listen to Alvin Queen's sensitive drumming -- genius. A true all star band! I was there when these cats played in Bern and have had the privilege to hear most of them play live on various occasions, usually at Marian's Jazzroom in Bern, which is a much more intimate setting. Fantastic, thanks for posting this -- even though it may not be strictly legal... ;)

I saw them just yesterday at the very Marian's Jazz Room in Bern - and they'll be playing there each evening until this saturday. Anyone not too much out of range should definitely not miss it.
