@MartialArtsCN thats you and this is just me for me shi xing hong is the fastest other monks ,most monks ihv seen on vids are abit and kinda slow compared to him , like i say normal speed, but still powerful and respect them
@MartialArtsCN maybe ur fast and my fast is different haha , that explains why we have different veiws on speed . But really most vids ihv seen most monks arnt really that fast , only a handful, like this guy ,shi yna lei and prolly wang bo the rest no trust me they are only fast in using the weapon like sords and spears but when they actaully punch and kick their speed are really not fast, like the ones in fight quiest, shaolin documentaries etc. but their forms are sometimes fast
@MartialArtsCN i hope so i , dont know whether hes wushu monk or etc, but stil not very fast, the guys/monks i saw in henan dengfeng and in vids are the guys in greyish type robes, and sometime orange but msotly grey but still they are not very fast , cool though ,fast when they do their forms, flips and stuff yes, but actually fighting speed not very fast.

@MartialArtsCN shifu ynalei hes not slow , quite fast in my book , but stil i think he can kick this monks ass in the vid above , coz he rock , my frens under him and he says hes actauly very fast in real time/RL but maybe coz the videos hes presented is makes him look slow etc, most monks these days too are quite slow. @MechPhantom Nope, all ''real'' monks are fast. Wang Bo and Guo Song arent slow lol. Maybe they do ''slow'' kung fu forms, but that doesen't mean that they are slow.

@MartialArtsCN i have to say wang bo is quite fast btu still the guy in the vid is more faster , guo song honestly , not trying to say shiit or anyhting really guao song , his speed is so-so , normal speed not very fast not very slow, but wang bo yea hes fast, maybe coz he studies wing chun, his hand speed is good, but his kicking is again ok speed , but stil not bad, but i still think shi yanlei can beat both of them at once haha. Shi Xing Hong is faster. He is one of the fastest. But the other monks are fast too. Not normal speed.

Only because they do slow kung fu forms, doesnt meant that they are slow!
Shi Xing Hong is fast as hell, but he isnt the fastest. And you can't say that Shifu yan lei is stronger than Xing Hong! Is that so important?
