  • Girls had advantage on this practice!! THEY dont have to care about the nuts... xDDD

  • In all honesty, I'm not particularly impressed. I picked up poi in December and am already doing much more that she showed in this video, despite having done it for a few years. She also seemed to hesitate going into that corkscrew. Most of her routine consisted of doing 3-beat, which can get boring if overdone. I'd say kudos for doing it with fire, but I just spun fire for the first time a week ago and did it a whole lot more with it. I'm not trying to be mean, just giving my opinion.

  • I love this ! You have kept it simple which i think always looks better. X

  • Wow I wish I had started this young :) keep it up!

  • keep it up i saw fire poi at a festival one summer and a year later i spun on the main stage of another festival spinning can take you anywhere i cant wait to see your video a year from now

  • I must give props to you for posting your first light up! Agent Skunk here with theLOCAL420 I'm just checking out some poi and I am so shocked at the many negative comments. Keep Positive People! Keep your negative thoughts to yourself, unless its constructive- and not just your opinion. This is supposed to be a positive place considering poi is an art, an expression. Lighten up people, this is You Tube! WE ALL START SOME WHERE! I don't waist time with negativity and neither should YOU.xo

  • @evilhopperbeast-so where are your spinning videos?

She is good. She does not spin like a robot. She is graceful. I have seen grown people who have been spinning for years, know many many moves, but spin with no grace and no soul. It's not how fast you learn all the moves. It's about communing with your fire brothers and sisters and constantly learning and developing skill. You criticize with brags. If you were in my fire troupe you would learn humility and grace.

  • @kittensoxxy

    were are your vids

  • @kittensoxxy

and you would learn my size 9 up ur ass

  • She rocked the chain length! Do what you are comfortable with little fire sister.

  • Thankyou

  • q facil zzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Girl you've got a lot people saying, "Oh yeah, you're good, but..."

That's a good sign. I think most are just wishing they were as good as you when they were your age. Thank you for posting this.

  • Don't worry if people criticize you in the comments -. it isn't a competition. Everyone does this at their own pace. I spin too and am waiting to get more confident before I light up. - you ROCK girl!

  • That's so cool! I love the sound it makes.

  • what i cant belive is that you all think she is great. dont get me wrong she would be great if that was taken during her first week of spinning but for someone like me who learned to do all the moves she did in the first day of my spinng carrer this is absolutely terrible and extremely aggravateing. If you think i am mean and rude, you need to wake up and see that if youve been spinning for a few years you better be able to do more then three moves. truth is you not that good

    happy spinning

  • @EvilHopperBeast i agree with you on that. all the moves she's doing i'm close to getting down pat and i've only been spinning for a total of 2 weeks. if this is all you can do in a few years, poi just isn't your thing. i haven't even mastered the weave and i'm already spinning fire. it's as aggravating for me as it is for you because she's reiceiving so much recognition for something that isn't that difficult. but you have to admit that she isn't completely terrible at it, which is a plus.

  • @EvilHopperBeast It's supposed to be fun, not to be a competition where people judge others and criticize. We have enough of that atmosphere in office jobs across the world, so please don't import it to poi! just let her have fun, and let her do what she likes!

  • @cipnrkorvo

id like to point out that he was actually criticizeing the people who are commenting and telling her that shes ammmmaazing when doing 4 begginer moves after a few years of spinning is definitely not amazing and yes i am criticizeing her

  • @MrThepattyrick yes, but, mean people suck! xD

  • This was your first time lighting up?

I can't believe you had the patience for that! I lit up the day I bought my poi...

I knew absolutely nothing but how to spin at my sides. Lol.

    Very nice!

And I hope you adore the roaring sound, I know I do!

    <3 Happy Spinning!

  • здорово!

  • girl you are so amazing!

  • This = Dangerous version of Glowstringing. glowstringing= more lives... POI = 1 life, it touches u ~girl/guy~ Flames o.o ahh warm.

  • Your so good for so young. I'm just starting at twenty three but I hope to end up at your level. I must say the butterflies are fantastic. :D

  • goddamn those poi are as long as she is tall

  • music wouldve been nice

  • Pretty good. On the road to becoming great. One suggestion, though; Shorten up your chains a little bit. You usually want the length of the chain from the tips of your outstretched fingers to your shoulder. Maybe a little shorter. Other than that, you seem to understand the concept of planar passing very well. Congrats! I've been spinning for nearly seven years myself, and it never gets old. Just keep practicing!

  • @BeatMancer if youve been spinning for Nearly seven years then you know as well as i do that the only road she is on is getting her confidence crushed when she trys to join a club and they tell her that shes terrible

and she has ppl like you to blame sense you all tell her shes great when shes not its like telling a girl whos takeing a self defence class that she can now hold her own agianst any guy trying to take advantage of her when the truth is she is guna get her asss stomped

  • su...ck...s....

  • you should post vids showing all your techs fire can be a bit intimidating to do all your moves...especially if you're not 100% confident on doing it with fire. i've been spinning for about 10 months now, kudos for how young you are and doing this :D

  • if you shorten your poi it will be easier. LONG ones are good for rope dart moves. your length is surely hurting your progress. (but enjoy what you like lovely ;-)

  • those are pretty long

  • im quite jealous =D

  • this is what happens when you play with fire and you know what your doing. watch my video. its the complete opposite lol

  • You Go K. Its me Cierra. You are the most awesomest Poi Twirler EVA!!!!

  • omg that was awsome (CORD) i was scared for a min or five it got dark all i saw was fire0.0

    tori579 creepy comment

  • NICE keep at it!. check out my vids, i love to see other girl spinners

  • thats freaking epic! awesome job! :)

  • thank you !! :3
