Hare Krishna prabhu. All glorie to Sri Radha en Sri Krishna All glorie to Mathey Malayadwaja.
I already try to find the orginal movie of here. If i see the youtube clips i realise there most be a beautyful orginal movie to see. I love to see it .
No one can spell those gamakas so perfectly. It is MSS,no doubt.Because you can make it out from the excellent way that the sangathis are sung,Also you can see that Radha patti was singing in the background.
The one thing I observed is that there is no finching away from the rhyme and rhythm in each of her songs.Such amazing perfection.
For Instance at 8:16 the way she sings maate malayadhwaja sanjathe,it could be sung normally but she adds so much flavour to it.
I guess this wonderful song mentions Sri Chamundeswari ammal and also the song is composed by Sri Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wodeyar, the eminent Maharaja of Mysore, a great patron of arts. It has the words "Mysoora Naatha, Naalwadi Sri Krishnaraja Wodeyar rachayitha" in the songs verse. Thanks for posting this song.
I am not sure, because it specifically says in the song, "mysoora natha, nalwadi srikrishna rajendra rachayita". I may be wrong, does the song include HMB's signature name?
@vatsand You can hear the mudra "Harikesha" in the charanam. This was a song that HMB sang in the presence of the king. Therefore, he also describes the king in this song.
this is a clipping got from wkpdia- The "MATHE MALAYADHWAJA" is a very Unique Varnam due to the fact that the Chitte swara has two different types of sahitya arranged according to it. The first is a rhythmic poetry describing the king and has the Raja mudra and the second is a liting Solkattu swara which is very nicely embodied in expression by bharatanatyam dancers
