guys i need help

i wana unlock a new killstreak which is emergency care package but i dont have unlock remaining how can i get unlocks

this is definitely a real high quality game i cant imagine it. it's a great deal better than mw1. ive just attained the 2nd prestige ! im as a result pleased. acquired the game just yesterday morning through mw2forfreeYinfo (replace Y with . ) nevertheless im witout a doubt beating most people!

from main menu:

multiplayer - online - callsign and killstreaks - killstreak rewards

then you can choose wich one you want to unlock

Use a Predator Missile, Harrier Strike and AC-130.

TacticaL Nuke but you have to do 25 Kills Streaks and The Chpper Gunner is ood too,you need i think 7 or 8 Killstreaks!
