I love Leopards but I also love Hyenas. One thing I don't love and will always argue the point is people who make up shit and write false comments because they love a certain animal. The facts are that pound for pound male leopards and Female Hyenas weigh the same. It's very equal and their bite force is also similar but Hyenas slighty more powerful.

The proof is in the videos!!!

Leopards can't afford to risk injury being a solo hunter where as Hyenas have a clan to look after the injured.

(random adult hyena)1 vs1(male leopard) i think the hyena will retreat (unless starving) but more or less 55% the hyena will chase away the leopard with or without the kill. in a fight... its hard to say... depends on the motive and desperation.

And by the way female hyenas are bigger and stronger than the males. leopards are ambush predators not head-to-head combat animal unlike the hyena who live on other predators kills, and there is only to ways to get an predators kill: fight or wait.

You dick head, you think a Hyena can't kill a 70kilo male leopard BUT everybody knows they can fight and do maul a 150kilo lioness. You are clearly a Leopard lover. I love Leopards and Hyenas but I have seen plenty of videos of 1 hyena taking and stealing a meal from a male leopard 1 on 1...It's called "Hyena vs Leopard stand off over meat"
