Thanks for the 25,000 views ,that`s way above what we expected at this point. My email is Docfromga@att.net if you would like to talk Doc history. God Bless , Bill
It would be amazing to be able to go to a actual museum where you could see actual artifacts of Doc Holliday and the rest of those guys...I guess there was just not much chance of any surviving over the years with proof of ownership. Interesting time in history.
No, David. The line in the movie is, "I'm your huckleberry." It is an actual expression from years ago that meant, "I am your guy." Glenn Ford uses a similar expression in one of his old movies, I believe it was, "Let's go have a talk with that hucklebery."
From Bungalo Bill and myself thanks to all of you for helping us reach 21000 views. It has been great meeting many of you in person and I look forward to meeting many more. We are only 12 miles off I-75 at exit 205 so if your travels bring you to that point I hope you stop by and say howdy ! Bill
Thank you for the 17000 views , your comments and visits to the museum , all are very much appreciated and it has been a pleasure meeting many of you from around the world . Bill
why does this guy only talk about Doc in Griffin, he seems to forget that Doc made himself famous in Texas, Tombstone, Dodge City, and Leadville, and I know he's buried in Glenwood Springs i've visited it, I live in Leadville where doc shot the ex sheriff over a five dollar debt, but great video anyway
@johncashrocks221 John - Bill Dunn lives in Griffin and operates the museum in Griffin. This video was made totally impromptu and unscripted. when I showed up on his doorstep. It was not meant to be a history of Doc's life, but a brief tour of the museum with an interesting angle on where Doc is buried, which is most likely right there in Griffin. If Doc is really still buried in Glenwood Springs, no one has any idea where the actual grave is, or was. The marked "grave" there is not real.
@billmarq his grave is not at the memorial, but somewhere up the hill in a plot without a headstone, and bill would it make any sense if doc died in a colorado mountain town that they would spend all that money just to take his body back to Griffin or Valdosta, Georgia. He is almost certainly buried here in colorado, but i'd like o visit that mueseum in Griffin, you and mr. dunn made a nice video
Thanks all for over 14000 views. As I said before it has been a pleasure meeting many of you at the museum and I look forward to meeting more of you :) ....Bill
Thanks for all of your great comments and visits to the Museum , it has been a pleasure meeting many of you and I look forward to meeting many more !!! Thanks ,Bill
I believe he was brought back home.. but the grave I saw in Colarodo was gorgeous and on the mountains .. so I would hope he was there because it had alot of love and specialty about it and where it was located..
Royalty or someone very special were burried on mountains..
But if he was brought home then he'd be showen that home where you were born is a godd place to be burried to.
He killed Johnny Ringo! in a draw to save his friend.
Hey Gang, don`t click on adobe flash player, it wont even let me see my own video to thank all that have watched it. But thank`s to all that have ( even though I can`t ) Merry Christmas to all of you and God Bless !!!
Thanks MetallicaFan035, it`s comments like yours that make what I do worth all the time I spend rearching the history of John Henry Holliday...God Bless....Bill
My dad always told me that Doc Holliday was buried in GWS, but they were worried that his body would be stolen so they went back to dig up his body and it was gone. They figure his body got washed down the hillside in a mud slide and that he is now buried in someones backyard which is exactly what the town told his relatives when they came here to get his body.
@ AA , OK but I doubt it :) Thanks to all of you that have visited the museum that did so because of Bungalo Bill`s well done video, and many have that . Please give him a pat on the back, he earned it the old fashion way :) Thanks B B , Bill Dunn
I remember talking to Bill Dunn on the phone for an hour or more back in 2002 or 2003. He is such a cool guy, knows his Doc Holliday history for sure. I became a Doc Holliday Society member but have not been able to find any current information about that. I used to buy a bunch of stuff on Ebay from Bill back in the day. I have that shirt he is wearing and I even have a pair of tube sock embroidered with Doc Holliday on them. Hope you are doing well Bill.
@wxwise00001 Thanks for the kind words they mean a lot to me . We are working on several things at this time and the society will possibly start back in the future. We are also planning on a new web site and facebook.

Doc Holliday is my favorite cowboy, hands-down. Tombstone originally got me interested, and history gave me the rest. ^_^
