It's the episode (spoilers for anyone who hasn't watched Season 5) where they find that half-demon anti-christ kid and they go to the joke shop that sold whoopie cushions and of course Dean had to get one. He uses it on Cas later in the episode. Just search "Cas versus the whoopie cushion" here on youtube ;)

Oh yeah (n_n) i just saw the 'fart gag' episode today, i couldnt help but giggle at poor Misha, he handled it perfectly, enough of 'old' cas to try to mostly ignore it and justify himself at the end of gis ordeal, and just enough of the 'new' human-ish cas to be slightly embarrased and ashamed of deans childish prank. LOVED IT!
