naku huwag na po kayo kumuha sa xevera... baka madisappoint lang po kayo... maganda lang po yung model house pero yung actual unit panget na... no quality control... pasyal po kayo makikita nyo.. sa mabalacat batch 3... huwag lang po kayo titingin sa model house pati po sa mga underconstruction... grabe grabe ang panget ng pagkagawa..
im already move there @xevera mblct,upon move in they inform me n nktap muna kmi sa xvera not knowing n gnito ktgal ung PELCO connection.we've been almost a mo.there until now wla p kmi PELCO connection.xevera is charging us 20peso/day?thats too much where in we can only use a light bulb in nyt time and an elect.fan.
i read some comments regarding some problems occuring there at xevera mabalacat units, like the electric is not yet connected to Pampanga electric company that causes insuficient supply that causes frequent black outs and the laundry room as no drainage is installed that water enters the house everytime you use the laundry room. I hope GA has already done some measures to solve these problems.

how about kung cash basis or isang bigayan ko lang..how much does this xevera 1 cost?xevera 2?
at di na po ako naghuhulog sa pag-ibig..what term of payment would you best suggest to me?how much?can u show the computation?
from manila to xevera..how can i go there by commute lang po ha?wala pa kasi akong kotse..
