leptir1 i can help you make your railway. the technic pack comes railcraft, and railcraft has a drill that drills and lays down track as it goes but you will need to make a drill bit.

When you get to pig mountain and look at it from a different perspective, it will probably look nothing like a pig.

I think your map was centered around a different area entirely, which is a glitch. If you make a new one, it should start mapping, centered around where you are when you FIRST LOOK AT the map. :)

@bowmorekut By the way you talk/type, i can guess you're either of a young age, or English isn't your main language so i'm going to list the most obvious reasons first;

Make sure you have a decent internet connection, make sure you have everything set in the 'filters' option on the server browser and change it to your own preference. If that doesn't work i suggest you port forward.
