The drill would be much more effective if it was a shot on the run toward each of the cones instead of a catch and a time and room shoot that rarely happens. Point of the matter is how you practice is how you play in games, so catching a feed and stopping in your tracks to shoot is not going to fly in game with out getting the ball stripped. P.S. these kids need some serious work on fundamental shooting
