  • I used to love Another World...It's a shame they canceled such a great soap!

  • I grewn up with him, and iam 20 =)

  • amazing artist

  • Great song. Works perfectly in the trio arrangement.

  • Joe Jackson is the real deal, simply brilliant. I hope to catch him live, in the meantime I keep trying to cover his songs to the best of my ability. Thanks for this gem.

  • The entire "Night and Day" album is brilliant. Like reading a book you just can't put down, Every song is really really well written. I still remember how shocked I was when it first came out because everyone was used to JJ the new wave punker kinda guy & this body of work established him as one of the truly great writers of modern pop music. If the Rat Pack were alive today, I think they'd be choosing his songs to become the "standards" of our day.

  • I saw Joe last week in Tarrytown, NY - just like here the audience sang along with him- showing him how much his songs are ingrained in our lives! And his new music is fantastic. Thanks Joe for your music being in the background of my life for the past 30 years!

  • I saw Joe the another night in New Haven, CT. What a show. They don't make them like this anymore. Thanks Joe Jackson.

  • Just caught Joe's performance last night (10/15) and he was fantismo! This tune here is melodically superb, but also an experiment in rhythmic contrasts, one of his catchiest!

  • Great upload. And wow Joe is fantastic even now what 30 years or so after he broke on the scene. Great great video. He is definitely one of my all time favs.

  • He still got it. Band too.

  • Had the good fortune to see Joe Jackson in Chicago this spring. Wonderful show. JJ is one of the best songwriter/musicians ever.

  • One of my fav JJ tunes of all time!!!!! Love it!

  • I have been listening to joe since 7th grade (40 now) love him SO much. What a talented man. Just makes me smile.

  • No-one writes songs any more. and this guy can play! grab every little shit under 25 who thinks he/she knows music and give 'em a dose of JJ and steely dan and CSN&Y and XTC but mostly JJ.

  • Wow. Fantasic to hear this live version. Takes me back to my childhood. Christ I had fantastic music taste then!! Thanks for the upload - a real treat. Saw Joe in Pompey (his home town) a few years back. He's the man!

  • This is one of my fav JJ songs!!! Love it!!! Thanks for uploading!!!

  • Perhaps the best song on Night and Day.

    Brilliant.

  • I think that Joe Jackson, with all the styles he had played, is the most eclectic artist I've seen in concert!I saw him in a town that wasn't a big town, Quimper, but the show was one of the best whows that I've seen! If I compare where I've seen him with the 2 others concerts that I've prefered, the 2 others were in Bercy, Paris, Bowie & Stevie Wonder! His album in hommage to the 50's, "Jumpin' Jive" is really great, as all of his albums that I know!A great, great musician!

  • Joe Jackson is the TRUTH! In terms of cool and eclectic solo artists - Joe Jackson and Elvis Costello ruled the 80s!

  • Joe Jackson is TRUE MUSICAL TALENT, personified! :)

  • I forgot how much I liked Joe Jackson. this is brilliant................

  • great song seen him in concert in chicago will never forget

  • See you at the Vic!!

  • Just love Another World. One of my fav JJ tunes! Laughter and Lust is such a good pop album.

  • I feel the same: got my ticket for the May 10th show at the Orpheum in LA. whoo hoo!

  • Well

I`ve seen him and it was really fantastic.Very great

    In the Dutch languaga: Geweldig

  • thanks for getting back to me.I'm looking forward to seeing him.I really like the new CD.

    peace.

  • W00OOooooo H00OOoooooo That was unbelievable, That guy has more talent in his little toe, Than I do in my entire body. Incredible playlist, he even played played some stuff from the 40's. Duke Ellington. I didn't see that one coming. I mean, W0W! I'm so glad I finally got to see him. It was worth every penny.

  • The day I've seen Joe Jackson in concert, I've told to myself that I was going to listen some songs & go taking "good time"near the bar,but I've been surprised when I've heard that it was the end;I had listen to all the songs without taking care of anything else!Really a great musician, & a great man!

  • Great song- great album, what can I say. I dig the bossa nova groove of this one and Cha-Cha Loco. Joe Jackson is the man.

  • Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for sharing this with us. JJ's music is like fine wine; it stands the test of time.

  • I saw them in Düsseldorf and it was brilliant!

    JJ is the best!!!

  • Three masters at work and at play . . . brilliant!!!

  • i like the impromptu bass solo...kinda like on the Summer in the City Live Album

  • Also: Video (and sound ESPECIALLY) quality is GREAT! Awesome, thanks!

  • Like day from night... suddenly I saw a thousand faces, --- I stepped into another world ;-).

  • Thanks for the video! Did you all know that Squeeze, from the same genre and era, is going to be touring North America in the Summer of 2007?

  • What genre is that? Pop? Rock? Ska? Eclectic as hell? I can't even categorize this man...

  • JJ's category? "Brilliant."

  • Doesn't sound the same :(

  • This guy is a chiller.

  • I was there too and not too far from you:) Great picture and sound quality! Mind if I ask which device did you use for recording?
