  • Hahahaha!!! Skunk2rider got punked like a little bitch!

  • very clean, and not obnoxiously loud! I like.

  • Jap spec supra is 232hp and us spec is 320 due to larger turbos, steel wheel turbos and larger injectors

  • @ZandrintX

Your right, except the j-spec supras are rated at 280 to the crank. The usdm Mkivs are rated to 320, and typically dyno about 290ish to the wheel, and runs mid to low 13s stock.

  • wtf are u talking about?? stock 97 supras have 232hp not 320. and bov's dont increase horsepower whatsoever they just release excess vacuum to make the turbo more efficient. kids...dont do crack. or ull end up spewing out bullshit like this kid.

  • @skunk2rider - Just FYI, stock turbo Supras (MKIV, 93-98) are rated at 320 bhp, not 232.

  • @skunk2rider - Taken from Edmunds.com - edmunds.com/toyota/supra/review.html

"Powered by a sequential twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter 24-valve inline-6, the Turbo produced 320 hp and 315 lb-ft of torque. Zero-to-60 times were in the low 5-second range. For the first time, the Supra looked and drove like an exotic performance car..."

Maybe it's YOU who shouldn't do crack. Have a great day there, chief!

  • @skunk2rider 232 for the all motor version im guessing.

  • @crzygutrsnobrdr probably, but since the car has a blow off valve, it's clearly NOT a naturally aspirated car...

  • @skunk2rider Yeah maybe the NA supra, don't do crack

  • Is that to the wheels or to the crank?

  • @skunk2rider amen

  • @skunk2rider

its completly obvious your just a supra fanboy ........ a 2jzge has 232in stock form a gte has 320 at the crank.

If u knew that u wouldent have said what u said your a fucking idiot............i think i would know i owned one. And STFU SHITFACE jeeeeeze people like u piss me off so much......... and go drive your geo metro to work tomarrow....

  • @skunk2rider blow off valves dont release excess vacuum, they release excess boost pressure. furthermore they dont make the turbo more efficient they just prolong the life if the turbo...making a turbo more efficient would mean making the compressor wheel lighter to aid in spool times or adding a ceramic coating to the exhaust turbine.

FYI : Reading what you typed, all i could see was bullshit. Back to school kido

  • @skunk2rider

LOL!! it's such an old post but i just have to laugh. You talk about spewing bullshit when you yourself spew the most shit.

    Soooooo many people exposed you.

  • @skunk2rider uhhh your thinking of the MA70 (86.5-92) 7MGTE 232hp....

  • POWER POWER POWER!!! Japan car:D POWER!!:) Maybe you can show acceleration in car??

    PS:

Sorry for my English:D Im from Poland:)

  • What hp have this supra??

  • It's a stock Supra, so it's rated at 320hp - but uhhh, I heard the BOV gives it +50 horsepowerz! ;)

  • It doesn't give any horsepower, I have HKS BOV. It does what all BOV do, even stock. Relieves pressure from the compress that is going through the hosing for the turbo.and intercooler. So it doesn't blow up the throttle plate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ok you know he was joking right ...

also a bov released pressure so it doesnt create compressor surge or compressor stall by air reversing direction back into the compressor housing

  • actually replacing the bov for a good aftermarket BOV it can add another 1-3HP. its proven especially if u have an upgraded turbo with a stock BOV

  • no mate lol.

  • @irlocke BOV's are designed to release vacuum pressure when your turbo's would otherwise have it thrown in thier face and force them to handle forces they are not happy with.

Installing a BOV or SBOV does not improve HP or TQ but will allow your turbo to keep spinning instead of fluttering or stalling this effect will improve your turbo's responsiveness which may make a noticeable difference when large turbo's are being used but will always increase turbo life and will help to keep them cooler

  • Is this in AZ??

  • Yes.

  • is the arc one recirculated?

  • Yes.

  • lucky dude he has a stock supra, idk but that supra looked familar i seen it in new york times square for 3000 dollars a 2years ago

  • lol the supra looked familiar and u think uv seen it in new york times square for 3000$!? man.. theres many stock and black supra's for sale lol

  • ehhh..... the bov sounds crappy. You dont even really hear it, but it does its job so i donno where im going with this so I will just continue this run-on sentence with a few more words not really talking about anything.

  • BOVs that are just a nice whoosh of air are the best ones. ones like the hks and greddy type s make me want to kick myself in the swimming suit area.

  • the louder the bov the bigger of a tool you are... to maintain proper power all bov's should be recirculated.

  • well it depends on what u want vented will pro long the life of a turbo while not having full power or like u say recirculate and you will have less lag but turbos will burn up faster

  • u from trinidad?

  • Nah, im from cali

  • GOD i want an supra....sexy

  • Dude I want one to!

  • yeah, and so does thounsands

    of other kids

  • nice car and bov sound
